Teams wishing to apply for the FTC Compass or Promote Awards can bring their 1-minute video submissions on a DVD at the registration desk at check in. Please make sure your videos are in .avi or .mov format and able to be played on a computer and that your DVD is labelled with your team name and number. DVDs will not be returned, and videos will be uploaded to the FTC YouTube channel.
Teams wishing to be elligible for the Inspire, Think, Design, or Innovate Awards must submit an engineering notebook at registration. |

- If coming from the south (I-17)
- Just before entering Flagstaff on I-17, take exit 340A from I-17 to merge onto I-40 E toward Albuquerque
- Take exit 198 from I-40 to Butler Ave
- Turn right at Butler Ave
- Take the 1st left to 4th St.
- Continue driving till you come to Cedar Ave. (Be sure to cross Historic U.S. 66)
- Make a left at Cedar Ave.
- follow Cedar till you come to N. West St. (before you go up BIG hill)
- Turn left at the light on N. West St.
- follow West St. till you come to first right at E. Dortha Ave.
- Take only right towards north end of school(GYM)
- If coming from the west (I-40):
- After entering Flagstaff on I-40 West, Take exit 198 from I-40 to Butler Ave
- Continue from Step 3 on coming from the South
- If coming from the east (I-40):
- After entering Flagstaff on I-40 East, Take exit 198 from I-40 to Butler Ave
- Turn left at Butler Ave
- Continue from Step 4 on coming from the South
- If coming from the north (US 89):
- Going towards Flagstaff on US 89 South, go six miles from the first traffic light, then turn left at 4th St (12th traffic light)
- At the 3rd traffic light, turn left onto Butler Ave
- Continue from Step 4 on coming from the South
